Architect / Urban Planning Engineer for Territorial Design and Development
Work location: Dalmine (BG) – On-site work
Who we are:
Ferretticasa spa – design division, a rapidly expanding construction and engineering company, specialized in territorial development. We work closely with Public Administrations to redefine the urban spaces of the future.
We are looking for an Architect or Engineer specialized in Urban Planning to join our team. The candidate will be directly responsible for the design and management of urban developments for various Italian municipalities, with a particular focus on the province of Bergamo and the Lombardy region.
The work is on-site at our Dalmine (BG) office and includes:
- Urban Planning Design: Preparation and management of Implementation Plans, Masterplans, analysis of Territorial Government Plans (PGT) and related amendments.
- Authorization Process Management: Direct and ongoing interface with Public Administrations, municipal technical offices, and relevant Authorities to obtain opinions and authorizations.
- Feasibility Studies: Analysis of the national, regional (particularly Lombardy Region urban planning regulations), and local regulatory framework for the preparation of technical-economic feasibility studies.
- Graphic and Technical Development: Preparation of project drawings, GIS mapping, renderings, and supporting technical documentation (NTA, explanatory reports).
- Site Inspections: On-site verifications and surveys at intervention areas.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Architecture, Building Engineering-Architecture, Civil Engineering, Territorial Planning, or related fields.
- Proven previous experience in the role of at least 5 years.
- Registration with the relevant Professional Association.
- Excellent knowledge of urban planning legislation (national and Lombardy Region).
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and GIS systems (QGIS, ArcGIS).
- Knowledge of 3D modeling / BIM software (Revit, SketchUp, etc.) and Adobe Suite.
- Proactivity, excellent interpersonal skills (essential for relations with Authorities), and ability to work in a team.
