Why a competition.
We didn’t want to leave anything untried. We were looking for new stimuli and an international vision for our city. We increasingly see the participation of important architectural firms in regenerating spaces in major cities, an integration process that has great precedents in the international panorama. If it happens in London, Milan, or Paris, why not in Bergamo.
The competition was won by Lombardini 22, a leading group in the Italian architectural scene, an experienced and motivated team composed of seven partners and three hundred architects specialized in valuable projects.

MATERIALS
For Il Camozzi with its modern and harmonious architectural lines, we have chosen an ancient material sensitive to the earth, high-performance architectural terracotta, an ancient and noble material resistant to the test of time. A key element that brings ideas to life like a livable work of art.

The choice of this high-level material ensures high sustainability standards
